I am running Windows 7 with Direct X11 but launcher is saying I am using DX9 without an option to change. I am having trouble with the last two patches not downloading as usual.

Thus a change is needed, and if that change makes it only able to repair fleet members, it is a small sacrifice that those wishing to help the player base shoulrd not mind for the greater good of the game.
